Myth Busting: Senior Pets & Dentals

Myth Busting "You shouldn't put an old dog or cat through surgery or a dental procedure." FALSE!

Ozzy

Ozzy

Ozzy came to us unconscious and severely traumatized after being pulled under a fence and attacked by 2 larger dogs. He was in critical condition.

Maya

Maya

Maya got an upset tummy and decided to eat a whole bunch of chest grass and a small staple. Luckily we were able to remove it with our video endoscope. It took over 2 hours to pull it all out, chunk by chunk, but we were able to avoid surgery. She will soon be feeling much better! We love sweet Maya and her super nice owners.

Jack

Jack

Jack is a sweet and wonderful boy who came to us for the first time suffering from pneumonia. He had to be hospitalized for several days on oxygen, and he won all of our hearts....as did his sweet human children siblings who decorated his oxygen chamber with pictures and get well wishes.

Ben

Ben

Ben was hit by a car and suffered lung trauma. He had both bruising in his lungs, and as time went by he started to develop a collapsed lung (medical term called pneumothorax).
